Moove Biotech: Quantitatively Transforming ASD Diagnosis Through Human Movement
Toddlers don’t have fully developed language skills so they are not really good at talking about stuff. However, they communicate through how they move. The unique way that they move is like their own special signature and is as unique to each toddler just like a fingerprint.
For more than two decades we’ve been studying how people move. By doing this, we have learned a great deal about how humans move and have discovered that each person has a unique way of moving, just like a fingerprint. We have become so skilled at movement analysis that we can even pick an individual from a crowd just by analyzing the way that they move. Incredible.
We have been at it for 20 Years:
This technology is so impressive that it can even identify people with certain health conditions. For example, during our R&D we spent time building our predictive movement technology with soccer players. We found out that our technology can quantitatively predict which soccer player is most likely to get injured with 95% accuracy simply by analyzing their movement patterns when they play. We can now do it with ASD with 90% Quantitative accuracy!

So, we are a Biotech startup totally focused on delivering on the relationship between movement and the quantitative diagnosis of ASD in toddlers from age zero to 5.
Time Efficiency:
A quick and standardized way to find out, so we can help sooner and make life better.
Reduced Costs:
Makes the process simpler, needing fewer sessions, which might mean less money spent overall.
Objective Analysis:
We rely less on personal opinions, making sure the diagnosis is the same no matter where or by whom it’s done.
Timely Interventions:
Early diagnosis leads to early intervention, enhancing cognitive and social outcomes for children with ASD.
Improved Planning:
Early detection allows for personalized care and educational plans for parents, educators, and healthcare providers.
Emotional Relief:
Provides clarity and a clear path forward, offering emotional relief for families
We allow doctors to use a small device with their patients to quickly collect movement information.
We use smart computer programs and AI data analysis tools identify toddlers with ASD movement patterns .
Our technology which is still in development is currently good offering with a quantitative tool which offers an accuracy of 80% with an aim of achieving over 90% accuracy. This way providing doctors support in a quantitative way for the early diagnosis of ASD.
The people who started this company have a direct, personal connection to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Right now, finding out if a child has ASD takes too long. If we can develop a way to help diagnose it earlier, we can protect the child’s mental well-being and help them fit in better with others.
Finding the issue early means we can start helping sooner, keeping what we call the ‘Mental Capital’ of the person improved. (Intact)
Sometimes, the current qualitative methods can give inaccurate diagnosis, and that can really affect lives. This is a big problem in this field.
Getting a wrong positive result can be tough on children and their families. The destructive impact of this worrisome trend.
Parents going through the process of getting an ASD diagnosis for their child go through a lot, and we want to make that process faster and easier for them.
Even people who have an expertise in ASD might find this new tool helpful. Our tool will add quantitative information to help diagnose ASD.
